Comments: End of day total (February 1, 0001-2400) taken from area of snow table which had been cleared at midnight January 31-Feb 1. Melted to 0.45 inch liquid, 10:1 ratio which is to be expected with the many hours of sleet, "mix", and snow mist. Storm total from snow table is of course less than the sum of each individual day due to compaction and sleet but that is how NOAA likes it.
