Comments: Snowfall rates have increased significantly--one to 1.5 inches per hour, at present. Winds have remained modest. Fortunately, most trees, wires and shrubs have been shedding snow coatings during stronger gusts, rather than coming down under sustained weight.

Comments: This is very hard to measure. It was melting on the snow board. There was less than a slushy inch on the metal bird feeder. There are parts of my grass under trees that are green and never had accumulating snow. At times we had sleet. But even when we had heavy snow, the flakes were melted together. I saw no pretty dendrites. Everything had melted parts. Untreated driveway and sidewalk remained wet.
