Comments: We had about half inch at 11pm. I heard sleet at 6am. Snow board had a peak of 4 inches in the middle because the rest had blown off, so it wasn't helpful. There must have been a lot of blowing. Sidewalk has over six inches with a soggy layer at the bottom. Wooden yard measure shows over 7 inches. At 7:30am, some sleet and some rain with intermittent gusty wind. This is enough snow.

Comments: Mixture of sleet, snowflake masses, and dendritic snow (changing back and forth by the minute) makes accurate measurement nearly impossible. Snow "depth" is basically unchanged over the past hour because compaction and sleet is countering new flake accumulation. The initial 1.75 inches which fell between onset and 2400 hrs March 13 melted to 0.2 inches liquid.
