Comments: Moderate to heavy snow began in Downingtown around 11:25 am. Then, the snowfall rate diminished significantly from 1:00 to 2:45 pm. Now, it has picked up vigorously, again. Also, a steady 10 to 15mph wind from the WSW has persisted since noon.

Comments: My snow board is highly unreliable with maybe a half inch total. I had at least two inches on the driveway and sidewalk when I shoveled it. More than that may have fallen. At a little before 4pm, it's still coming down.
