Storm Total: 1.5 inches
Temperature:
Comments: 1.5 in. snow covered by thick crust when I left at 5:00 this morning. Roads slushy give PennDot C+ considering circumstances except for the idiot plow driver on Rt. 30 this morning at 5:30 heading west bound. He was plowing the passing lane over into the main travel lane with no other plow coming behind him to keep pushing it off the road. He really was creating a hazard.

Comments: The 2" of snow that fell before the changeover was compressed down to 1.75" of snow/ice this morning. The spots I cleared had about 0.15" of ice from the freezing rain. Not much sign of any sleet. Appears to have gone from snow to freezing rain quickly with minimal sleet. I melted down the snow/ice and got 0.40" of liquid equivalent precipitation.
