Comments: 2/13 2.5" of snow by 6:30 PM when it turned to sleet. 2/14 3.5" on ground at 9:00 AM heavy compacted snow/sleet pack. Sleet, mixed w/ freezing rain from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, 34.5 deg at 12:30. Changed back to snow at 1:00 and went light to moderate at times till 5:00 PM 5” On ground storm total, no liquid equiv.
